Spring Rewards (also referred to as Spring) is a card-linked loyalty program that provides money back on a customer's credit or debit card on purchases at restaurants, salons, boutiques, bars, spas, and service centers. The program launched in Chicago in 2013 and entered the Nashville market soon after. Subscribed businesses make up the Spring Network and form a marketplace for customers. Membership is free for customers who either create a profile on the company's website or sign up on a tablet at a network member. Founded by CEO Bruce Mitchell, Spring Rewards connects businesses' rewards programs and digital offers to customers to track consumer spend at the establishment.
